My Mission

Sunday, January 16, 2011 Posted by Matt

I strive to give each and every one of my clients not just a treatment, but an experience!
The following principles are the foundation of my business:

The Products I use
I use professional products that have been carefully selected by me using strict guidelines to ensure their effectiveness, that they contain the purest ingredients, the best formulations, no sensitising fillers and no parabens.
Most off all I will only use products that work.

The Service I provide
Giving not only a great treatment, but the very best up to date advice for your skin!
I will only ever carry out a treatment if it is right for your skin and refuse if it is not, your skin health is my number one concern. I dont believe in being a hierachy type therapist, but there are occasions when I have to make moral decisions to ensure your well being!
I will only ever prescribe products that you actually need, and will prioritise products for your budget!  I will give you as much education on the use of the products as you need and will always be available to answer questions should you require help with them.
I think of my treatments as professional, but not stuffy and uptight.  I want you to relax with your treatment

The Treatment Space
The treatment space will be clean, fresh and adequately heated to ensure maximum comfort.
All equipment sterilised and sanitised and all towelling laundered.

It's ALL about YOU
You should feel comfortable and at ease when coming for a treatment and not feel the need
to get 'dressed up'.  If you want to turn up in a tracksuit, its makes no difference to me.
The treatment space has an ipod docking station, which you are welcome to play your own music whilst having your treatment.  Whether it be Enya or Hard House, it is completely up to you what you have playing!

I want my clients to leave happy and satisfied the first time, the second time... Every time!
